In 2001, Greg Cooley Wines released its very first wine. Since then the range has grown significantly both in style and appeal, to include Reds, whites, sparkling wines and fortifieds. Today we have 15 wines.

But perhaps the best way to sum up our wines is to say that while we do make a lot of wines, we don’t make a lot of wine. Production is restricted to approximately 2,800 cases per annum and in some instances as little as 50 dozen are made... including our Reserve Chardonnay, Merlot and single-vineyard Pinot Noir - a rarity for the Clare Valley.

For the most part we focus on Shiraz, Cabernet and Chardonnay and many of our wines are a mix of reserve or blended wines of each of these varieties. Across the board they are easy drinking enjoyable wines, approachable in youth, but delightful with age.

Using 100% Clare fruit, where-ever possible our grapes are hand-picked to ensure freshness and flavour. Red wines are handcrafted using predominantly French oak and our Reserve Chardonnay also enjoys the benefit of oak - fermented in barrel to add further complexity.
