Was a 2015 Late disgorged Traditonal Methode Sparkling Shiraz. Made using premium Adelaide Hills Shiraz released in small batched over a ten-year period. This last batch was late disgorged in September 2024, topped out with our 2012 Fortified Shiraz. A decadent Sparkling with fine bead, and a rich and vibrant creamy mousse.
